Welcome to Duck Tape Engineering from San Diego, CA. Yes, we have moved from Wakefield MA to CA! After two months of sitting in our garage, the project has moved to its new building site (details below). On this site, we display our finished father-son project - a strip-built kayak - from inception to launch. The new project is picking up steam: a working mini-version of the Mayflower (or what people think it could have looked like). Here is a peak preview of what it might end up with. |

NEW website again: old angeltowns fell off the face of the earth. Now we are with 1&1, hopefully more professional. All pics are uploaded hopefully, please notify me if there are still misses (e-mail below). The site is http://www.ducktapeengineering.org. 3 Hours turnaround at 1&1 - I am impressed. Last cleanup (5/7/08). -- Nice? This was many moons ago, early 80ies- my wife found an old photo with me (yes, lots of hair) in a thing called a Mini 12er, designed by Julijk & Frodel: part of a marketing campaign to promote match racing in Germany. People provided a whole truck full of these little things for a weekend and organized mini-races. A predecessor to the miniflower idea.
